Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing CollabFlow. We want to ensure you have the best possible experience with our platform. Because CollabFlow Pro subscriptions are processed and managed by our payment provider, Paddle, refunds are governed by the following terms, in accordance with Paddle's refund guidelines and applicable consumer protection laws.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases of CollabFlow Pro subscriptions. If you are not entirely satisfied with CollabFlow Pro, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of your first purchase.

  • The guarantee applies only to your first subscription to CollabFlow Pro. Subsequent subscriptions, upgrades, or separate accounts created by the same user do not qualify.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the 14-day window to be eligible.

3. Renewals and Cancellations

CollabFlow Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your Account Settings. Cancellation will prevent future renewals, but you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No Renewal Refunds: Recurring subscription renewals are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing cycles. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee, please email us at billing@collabflow.app with the following details:

  • Your CollabFlow account email address.
  • Your Paddle Transaction ID or Subscription ID (found in your email receipt).
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (your feedback helps us improve the service).

Once received, we will review your request and process it through Paddle. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

5. Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., fraudulent activity, harassment, or abusing platform limits).
  • You have exceeded active collaboration or storage quotas during the refund request period.
  • You are requesting a refund for a renewal charge rather than an initial purchase.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
